Who are you?

Who lies behind that face
The one in another place
With a smile like a clown:
A frown smiling upside down

What happened to all those pieces
When life and love were unfolded creases
While pieces of the soul left gaping holes
Like moth eaten treasures
Neglected, without pleasures

There deep inside is an iron core
From the top to the floor
With fire, air and earth
Lies purpose and worth
The great longing to fill
Takes the whole of the will

 Making the spiral dance
In a selflove romance
What was lost at great cost
Is unfrozen and awoken
Now bite the apple and the core
Filling the hole that is no more
